Vegan High Protein Graham Crackers

Delicious! No Sugar! Done the easy way!

Preheat 350F, about a dozen

Ingredients:

* 2 cup graham flour (or substitute artisan mill whole wheat flour) 
* 3/4 cup maple syrup (or honey) 
* 1 scoop vanilla protein (30g) 
* 1/2 cup vegetable shortening 
* 1 tsp baking powder 
* 1/2 tsp baking soda 
* pinch salt 
* (opt) pinch cinnamon

1. Combine all ingredients.    Mix until it forms a moist crumbly dough resembling pie crust 
2. Dump the mixed crackers onto a sheet pan, roll into a thin cracker, 1/8 inch think 
3. Precut 2x4 or 2x8 rectangular cracker and prick with fork

4. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes
